Every release, in plain language, not just commit noise.

**Resource diagnostics:** a Diagnostics tab and a one-time dialog on 28 resource pages explain in plain language what is wrong and how to fix it. They cover pods and workloads (crash loops, image pull failures, missing config, failing probes, unschedulable pods, blocked pod creation, stuck rollouts, failed Jobs and CronJobs) plus configuration, network, storage, access control, cluster and autoscaling resources.

**Health score and dashboard:** they now react to crash loops, image failures, evictions and not-ready pods, and name the real reason instead of "Pending".

**Header Refresh button:** it now refreshes data. Lists, detail pages, dashboard, metrics, topology and logs respond to it.

**Time and appearance:** the timezone defaults to the browser's timezone and is honoured everywhere times are shown. Table density and navigation style (a new horizontal top bar) now work.

**Fixes:** Recent Events and Events tabs were empty for about 18 resource types because of a wrong event field, and the DaemonSet health score used fields DaemonSets don't have.

**Release pipeline:** a Docker layer-cache write can no longer fail a release, and release notes are built from the release PR.
